Princess vegetables are grown and harvested during spring and summer months in the lush valleys of Yakima Valley*. Within hours of picking, professional food packers sort, clean, trim, blanch and hand pack the vegetable into 12 oz jars containing a flavorful balance of mild pickle brine and garlic clove.
