Blade putters:

 

Zebrawood:

This is a medium to heavy hardwood with possible coarse grainy texture depending on the cut. Light tan to golden yellow in colour, with streaks of dark brown to black, this wood is native to several parts of Africa…. beautiful flow and contrasting grains!!

 

Bubinga wood:

This West African hardwood is also known as African Rosewood and varies in colour from reddish brown or violet with streaks of dark purple. This is the hardest wood we have ever worked with and has a somewhat wavy grain.

 

Rosewood:

Esteemed for centuries as one of the finest and most beautiful hardwoods in the world. Deep dark chocolate brown to purple black in colour with occasional strips of even darker tones. Hard, heavy and finely textured with variable grain patterns. Very dense and oily, taking a high polish, rosewood is native to South America and India.

 

Blood wood:

Blood wood is also known as cardinal wood or sati née. This hardwood is a deep rich brick red colour that keeps it’s colour over time unlike many other red woods. It is a hard, dense and heavy wood with a very fine and even texture that finishes very smoothly. Rare and very expensive it comes from tropical South America. As the sun hits this putter the colour becomes even deeper and richer, a really beautiful wood!

 

Cocobolo wood:

This is one of the most beautiful woods in the rosewood family, very deep and rich in colour with red to oranges and variegated black striping. Very dense and oily, takes a high polish and is native to Central America and Mexico. Only the finest Cocobolo is used in our prestigious range of putters . This wood is by far the best selling wood in our range due to the fabulous depth of the colour, an absolute beauty!

 

Ebony:

Ebony is very expensive and rare and is one of the most exotic woods available on the planet! Jet black in colour with a slight possibility of brown streaks, this African wood is very heavy, very hard and very expensive, making it our top-priced blade model. This is a very exclusive putter as there is no other wood like ebony, it also putts like a machine, you will be the envy of all your pals!

 

The Train rail…. . the ultimate golf gift: (blood wood)

This putter is called the train rail as it has two distinctive inlaid target lines on the top. It is weighted to give the golfer ultimate feel, control and balance, making it easier to hit solid straight putts. This mallet style putter has twice the wood of a blade putter, and is very popular just now due to the increase in stability given whilst putting. This putter is called “double dot” because it has two distinctive inlaid racing striped lines plus two circles on the top.
