A black tuxedo and a white tux shirt will match absolutely anything. You don’t need to match his shirt to your dress. Your dress is considered neutral, so your attendants can wear other colors and still coordinate with you.
Having the groomsmen wear black or silver vests would also work, even though the bridesmaids’ dresses are blue. You don’t need everything to perfectly match … you just need to make sure it coordinates. There’s a big difference between “match” and “coordinate.” For example, if you wore a red dress, you don’t necessarily need to wear red shoes with it, right? You could wear black shoes, or silver, or gold, and it’d still look fine. That’s what “coordinate” means.

The most important parts are that the bride & groom look good photographed together,& the Bridesmaid & groomsman look good photographed together. If you have a swatch of material from the dresses, take them with you to the tux shop, this way you can see the colors together.
Other than that tie in the color with the Boutonnieres, and mabey tie or vest.

I agree with a couple people that an off white or ivory shirt would work better than stark white.
You might consider having your groom in a black tux with an ivory shirt and a gold vest and keeping the GM in the blue. Then tie all the guys together with a blue hanky in the pocket of the vest.
I’m doing this so that him and I look cohesive and the BM and GM look cohesive as well. Go to the tux place and mix up the colors and see if it works in your case. You can go without your fiance and take your dress so that you can see how they go together.

Your fiance should wear an ivory shirt tobetter match your dress… at this point the groomsmen are irrelevant to the light gold color.
They can wear white if the girls are wearing blue… but even ivory would look ok with the blue.

A light gold dress sounds really pretty. I don’t know how that would go with a black tux and a white shirt. Maybe you could do an off white shirt instead.

The black tux, white shirt is universal. It matches everything. Go with it.
